SATURDAY: Bridget's Baby Shower- lot's o' fun games, yummy food and oodles of green and brown gifts for the up and coming baby Christenson.
Scrap booking at Archiver's with Kim & Sandy. We were all tired and crabby but still had fun.
SUNDAY: Unexpectedly saw my dad and soon-to-be sister-in-law Jessica and her two boys at the VA Hospital Urgent Care. My dad is still having problems, Jessica probably saved his life by bringing him up right away!! All is well for now, he goes back to the VA on Monday and will hopefully be able to see a urologist at the same time. Please pray for his restored health.
Went to Sunday dinner at the Christensons and had a delicious "summer" meal- hamburgers and hot dogs on the grill.
MONDAY: Matt stayed home with Paige who has been sick with a bad chest cold.
TUESDAY: I stayed home with the sick one, took her to the Minute Clinic, they said it's just a chest cold but will probably last all week, great. Paige was feeling well enough last night to go to her first night of Volleyball, she has a couple of friends on her team which was exciting for her and her friends! Matt took Kyla to her first night of soccer but no one was there, either the coach told Matt the wrong day or Matt wrote down the wrong day- whoops!
TODAY: Home again with the sicko, she probably shouldn't have gone to Volleyball last night, oh well, she will skip Girl Scouts tonight. I'm praying she gets better because she has her DI tournament this weekend!
Happy Belated St. Patty's Day from Paige & Kyla. Sadly Paige wasn't able to wear her green gear to school yesterday :(
